I’m The BEST

I think seldom people will tell others that: “I’m the BEST”. They didn’t tell people but they do it in action. What I try to talk is only about the word of ‘Ego’.

Ego is inside of every one of us, do you agree with this statement? Or it just happens to some of us only?

Don’t know why suddenly this question come out this day and I try to think about it.

I still remember that when I deal with the ego-people then sure they will make me mad. When you try to tell them something or just want to share some opinion with them, then the reply that you will receive: “…as I know…” “…I think…” or maybe even worst is “…you’re so wrong…”

How you feel when you heard something like this? Hurts? Or tell yourself: Yes… I was wrong…? Or just reply: you think always right, WTH… ??? I think most of us just choose to be silent and let him finish his ‘facts’.

For me, I’ll keep silent, not because I was wrong or my knowledge is lesser than him, but I don’t wish to tell or teach him something that I know since he choose to not listen to what I try to say. Always remember that different point of view bring out different idea.

This is just a random post whereby this word suddenly passes by in my mind and I just share it.

Last question, how you treat the one with the “BIG-EGO” inside of him/her?

Year End Vacation Plan

Today do the planning for this year-end. Arrange the duty roster…

Long time I never take a short break after I start my class in September. My last vacation was in early of September. Now what I do is try to plan for the short vacation in Kuantan by next month. Next month I just take three day leave and off to Kuantan. What I gonna do there? Photo shooting…

What I try to do is take the photo for the sunrise and take some photos in the village in Kuantan. After that I’ll go for coffee-trip in Kermaman. Try to enjoy myself in those three days. This will be the first time I’m outstation with my lovely camera.

That’s not the only plan for this year; I still try to arrange another vacation week in end of December. I’m thinking to do some shopping in SG, but not sure the plan work or not.

After all this plan I still got another 10 more days for my replacement leave, so next year I still got a lot of replacement leave waiting me to kill them.

Work Again

After two days off there will be a bit difficult for me to come back to work and facing the file and answer the call.

The File – every time I open the file then I need to check this, do that… this week I spent most of the time to check the stock… barcode by barcode… always the boring job.

The Phone Call – when there is a call for me sure got ‘problem’… call from HQ sure regards some HR problem or finance problem. Call from supplier sure got some technical problem. If the call from Lab then sure will be terrible thing happened to the spectacle that we send for fixing. Call from other branch then I need to help them solve some other work… I hate to answer the call.

*Headache…

First Gay Wedding...

Okey, actually this the secret party that we plan since last few weeks when someone bring out that end of the month will be their birthday. This is the first time our blogger gathering in this restaurant. We so surprise that most of the waiter in this restaurant not local and they look so cute. I only can remember the name for one or two of them, Yogan and Razan…

Too bad I didn’t bring my D80 if not sure I’ll try to zoom their face, take a record for that and post it here. I think after this sure got a lot of blogger will visit this restaurant since we can pick the waiter that we want to give us the ‘service’…

As usual, the blogger spent few hours in the restaurant. Actually I wish to know what the feeling of the two birthday boys when they know we celebrate their birthday together. They look like no surprise for them… Birthday boy, please comment about that.

Malaysia "BOLEH"

Since doctor asks me to rest more so today I take another replacement. There always a good reason for me to take leave…. XP

Take a day rest not to stay at home and rest but I went out to get my hair cut in Mid Valley. Not visiting the Cherry that everyone talking in the gmail, because no one bring me there… is ok… I still get use to visit my friend, actually is my schoolmate in high school.

Stupid LRT

When people ask you: taking the LRT and the bus, which is faster? I think the answer should be LRT… but this answer may change…

I take the LRT from KL sentral to KLCC to meet a friend for teatime. The journey should be not more than 20mins but today I spent 40mins in it. I don’t know what the hell was happened to the LRT but I’m sure their service really sucks. Everyday more than ten thousand of passengers paying approx. 2 ringgit per ride, I just wanna ask where they use the money for beside of doing the maintenance for the train? If their maintenance are good then this should not happen in the weekend.

I know Malaysia apa pun boleh… (Everything is ‘CAN’…) LRT boleh jalan… tapi sentiasa rosak (LRT can move but always breakdown)… Bas / KTM mesti boleh sampai…tapi selalu lambat (Bus / Train can reach most of the places but they always late)… Ini boleh… Itu boleh… akhirnya? Apa pun tak boleh…(At the end, not thing will be ‘Okey’…) Everytime when I facing with these kinds of problem then I wish I can let them listen to the song – Negarakuku…

"Good" Bus Driver

After the teatime I found out another issue when I take the bus from KLCC to Bukit Bintang. A foreigner tries to take the bus to the same destination I wanna go. Poor him got no small change to pay for ticket and he asked the bus driver that he got any small change or not. This bus driver treats him really bad. He tells this guy: “No no no… No small change!!! Go down there and get the small change!!!”…

He didn’t go down but walk to me, he shows me his 5 ringgit notes and asks me for small change. His luck so bad because I only got one ringgit of change in my wallet. He walks back to the driver but this time the driver didn’t speak with him. At the end this guy still can take the same bus with me, I gave him my one ringgit and he found himself another ringgit in his wallet.

Nothing Better Than That

Sometime we heard that someone might tell that in this world no one care about him or her, and they feel so lonely in this world.

What happened on me is totally different from that.

Early morning open my inbox, just as usual, check email and reply some mail. Scroll, scroll, scroll… Found an email with the different title… hmmm…. Open and see…

After I read it only I know that this email sent from a friend who staying very far from Malaysia. He sent me this email just because he worry about me after read my blog and know what happened on me.

I’m so touch with what he written in the email because I never expect someone will send me the personal email just to make sure I’m ok. He not really sure what happened in my life but he can feel it. He cannot read Mandarin but he felt something not right in my Chinese post which talking about my dream.

I’m not really ok after the dream since something in the past (feeling) comes back to me after few years. That bad feeling I thought that I can forget it forever, but I was wrong.

This friend warms my heart and makes me feel better by sharing his past to me. Even his’ staying far away from me but I can feel the care and love from him. I’m so glad I can have friends like him. We are not the type of friends who know each other for long time but only meet for once (In the bloggers meet).

No words can tell you how I feel when I read the email. Should I feel that now my life full with care and love?? Hahaha… My world always full with love and care.

Thanks for all my friends. I know you all care about my life and thanks for your love. Nothing is better than the love and care from friends, which I know friendship may last forever.

I still Alive

A day before… A call from Clinic…

Nurse: Mr Yong, I’m calling from Clinic Medixxxx and just want toe inform you that your report is here.

Me: ooh… ok… then I come tomorrow. Thanks…

This Morning…

Wake up earlier than normal working days just want to go to get my report before I go to work.

Reach clinic around 9.30am but doctor still haven’t arrive yet.

Wait… wait… wait…

9.40am, doctor is here… I’m his first patient to meet him this morning.

In the room…

Doctor: Good morning Mr Yong, how you doing? *smile

Me: Hi... I’m fine. (Keep on thinking what the result will come out…m i really ok???)

He sit down and take out a file from his drawer…

Doctor: OK, let us start to read what in your report.

Me: Ok… *speechless

Doctor: Let see… Emmm… ok… *reading the report.

Me: Everything ok?

Doctor: Ya ya… everything seems to be ok… but…

Me: (oh my… Oh my… don tell me… but what???) ~~yes…

Doctor: *smile… nothing serious. The only thing is your haemoglobin is slightly lower than the normal, which is 128g/L whereby normal should be in the range of 130-180. So that’s mean your blood will carry not enough oxygen… mmm… and the report showing that your red blood cells show poikilocytosis…

Me: huh??? Means?

Doctor: ooh… not thing… but it only looks smaller than normal… There is a mild mircocytic hypochromic anaemia. Not thing serious but I suggest you should start to take some multi vitamins and eat more vegetable.

Me: ooh… that’s all? not thing else to take beside of that?

Doctor: emmm… not thing… is ok… the rest are ok… your liver function well… your urine test is ok, not thing much in it, no protein, no glucose and no blood too… that’s all…

Me: ooh ok…

Doctor: oh ya… all your Hepatitis A, B and HIV are not detected. That’s all.

Me: thank you doctor… *smile

Walau… looking at the report and reading it… this are what they get from my blood… and my urine… now I can go back and sleep… Oh no… I should go back and work… =P

New Toys in Family

Wau!!! Today I get my new lenses from Trilion, again I spend some money in this small camera shop. last night they inform me that the 70-300mm lenses that I ordered three weeks before is here.

I wait for so long (3 weeks is long for someone like me), they get me the one from the factory in China because it really out of stock. Did I mention that this new lens only cost me RM350? Plus the UV filter then will be RM 430.

Now I got something can zoom further, and see how I gonna use it for? More Eye-Candy shots? Hahahaha… Jason Jr will call me xxx…

This not the only toys that I get from this shop, but I manage to get myself another camera… Yeah!!! My new Nikon Coolpix P5100… I wait for it for so long since I plan to get the P5000 but that time they inform me that just wait for the P5100 and it will be at the same price with the old one, but with higher megapixels.

Actually I bought this camera just for easy-carry and I can make a shots whenever I want. I can’t always bring the D80 with me since now he gain a lot of weight, the new lens plus another approx. 450grm for him. The small bag definitely not enough for me to put most of my stuff into it. I need a bigger bag; I still can’t get myself a bagpack…

Now I think I got enough tele-zoom lenses and I started to look for the wide-angle lenses or a standard fix lens. That will be too early for me to think about it since I still need sometimes to get use with the new lenses, but we always need to plan for something. Before I get any other lenses I think I should get myself the speedlight (flash) since I need it more than other lenses come first.

About the new camera I haven’t got much chances to use it but it still under charging for the new battery. I did try to take some photos in the K-box, ya yesterday we celebrate Jane’s secret birthday party in Neway karaoke. The party really fun, especially when the time I come into the room with a cake on my hand and my friends just turn the screen to birthday songs while the time she still singing at the moment.

The build in flash of the camera makes me love it a lot. What I still not get use with it is the way of taking photos, whereby I gonna use the LCD but not the view finder. Some more the body is a bit small when I get use with the bigger body, D80 is 10-12 times bigger than it.

What surprise me is the imagine it form when I use the video mode, I can see so clear what on the TV screen, with all the words on it also clear enough. Something I’m not really like is the time it takes to focus, it takes more time to make a shot to be done, and for me the time is too long.

Didn’t mention that this small litter fellow can share the same speedlight with D80, means that I can buy one speedlight for two cameras. The zooming system of this camera is not good enough but I just can use my D80 for anything that I need to zoom. Not thing is prefect.

12.1megapixels is more than enough for me to create nice and clear photos. Some more I can manually control the shutter speed and aperture, but not only the ISO.

After I get use to this new toy I think I’ll post some of the shots I taken with it.

How much I pay for it? The RSP is RM1388, and the package come with 1GB memory card and a case. Mine package is RM1350, come with 2GB Toshiba High Speed Memory Card, 22mm UV filter (first time for me to get this small UV filter, cute~, but this small filter cost me higher than the bigger UV filter that I get for my D80. Small and cost a lot.), and a case, plus Free printing for 400pcs of 4R photos. I’m sure that the price is worth it since I know the cost for all of it. (Don’t ask me where I check for it, but I could check for the cost price before I get the price from Trilion)

Secret Birthday Party

Today mood feel better and finish most of the photo editing work. Tomorrow will send some of the photo for printing; wanna see how the result come out in paper.

Re-arrange the photos in the pendrive, so that can burn it in the CD and safe some space for the coming one. 4GB pendrive only enough for me to save 5days photos. Burn it into CD just keep a files, don’t know when or where I may need these photos in my work.

This month really got a lot of birthday parties to attend. Just finished planning for Jane’s Secret Birthday Party in Neway K-Box for tomorrow lunch. Planning always not an easy job. Think for the time, venue, guest list, and activities, make reservation, cake, prezzie and others. Keep on confirm with the one who attend and ask for cooperation and punctuality.

Today didn’t pay too much attention to the work in branch but for something in tomorrow party. Busy~~~

GoodDay

This day really thank God for the good weather in the morning and afternoon, so that both of us, Jane and me, can finish our photography in Tasik Titiwangsa. When breakfast time, look into the sky and thought that sooner or later will rain; but when we reach there, the sun just come out from the cloud.

Today main model is not the ‘Eye on Malaysia’ but is a good model on the bridge, a yellow dragonfly. I think this fellow too tired since it’s body so BIG and he just stay there for more than 10mins. Last two times we see the dragonfly in Lake Garden and Ampang never stop for us to shot.

Finish few hours in this garden and get some nice shots, reflection and macro shots for the dragonfly. Good day for us on this bad weather.

Today not only the good day for photography, but also a lucky day for me.

This evening takes dinner at the Sushi King in BTS, Jane wanna eat sushi and I wanna apply for the new Sushi King Membership Card.

First come into this branch find out the staffs not so friendly, no greeting, no smile. Then found ourselves a table, sit down and look for the food we want to order. Looking around to get someone to take our order, but no one in the lobby, only a guy making sushi in the counter and a manager doing his paperwork in the table next to us.

Only the manager can take our order now since no one else we can ask for it. When we meet this Mr Manager, he’s the only one serve the customer with smile.

Sushi King doing this survey for their services and ask the customer to comment for it. This will be the good chance for me to complain a bit for this branch. I didn’t do much complain but only let them know that their manager really give us a good service.

The staffs in this branch not only don’t know how to smile but they also not paying full attention in the job. The cashier key in the wrong amount of the Kotomo Bento that we ordered and we get a free set for it. After we walk out and only we find out the price is too cheap. RM34 for two sets of Kotomo Bento, two sets of sushi and a new membership. Actual price should be RM 54.

Apply the membership and you will get this Free Calendar 2008 and two cups.

Rest

A rest-day at home. Rain give me a chance to rest in the afternoon after went out for lunch in Cheras.

Sleep until 6 o’clock then wake up for dinner. Wake up, eat, sleep, eat again… just like p… =P

Not thing to do at night so just went to gym alone. Since today sleep to much then just take sometime to workout, if not really looks like p…

Not thing much happened since most of the time spends in the dream garden. That’s all for today. Pray for the good weather for tomorrow photography session.

Rainy Day

Today class cancels. WT… Just because both of the lecturer go for this photography trip in Tokyo. Plan spoiled…

2^nd plan spoiled too since one of my friends have to work on her off day to replace her manager. We plan to have this k-session since today got no class.

After finished our movie and come out from the cinema then we find out, it’s raining… WTH… before we go into the screen the sky still hanging the big bright sun there, but now…

OMG… not thing to do since the plan spoiled. Staying in this shopping so called my second home, walk around but get not thing. Check for the latest camera stuff and magazine but I updated most of it, so not thing for me. What a BAD DAY…

Two meals after changed the 3^rd plan.

Since not thing to do and my stomach complaining that he need some food so just drop by a café to take my early dinner. Chat with Jane while waiting for another friend to finished her movie around 8pm.

After sending Jane to the bus station then go to visit the poor girl who need to replace her manager on her off day, she work in Mid Valley branch. Chat for half an hour then meet with Eva and go for dinner again.

SweetChat (name for the café)

As the name of the café, most of the dessert “Too sweet to talk about it” (=SweetChat)

Luckily the white coffee not as sweet as the dessert they serve, the sugar will kill me…

Not only the sugar but the oil too… they putting too much of oil into the food, luckily not in my food but my friend’s.

I never come back to this café. Sorry for that.

Putting the Contact Lenses

Today not thing much to do in work and I plan to finished my work as soon as possible so that I can spend sometimes on the photos I took it yesterday. When the time I just wanna started write my post for yesterday and I saw a familiar face walk pass through my shop. A guy in pink. After I do the correct focus on this guy only I realize that is Dr. Paul who wearing a pink shirt walk into my shop. XP

After I did the eye test for Dr. and halfway to choose the new frame for him, Sam and others are here. This moment my shop suddenly too many people here. Normally I’m the one who sitting on the counter and waiting for my staff to serve the customer but today a bit different, everything the other way round.

Get the new power reading for the Blur Bunny and get the new frame for him to replace his old broken lens which he broke it when the time he wash his face. Actually I’m so glad that he can use it for almost one and a half year. (I did that spectacle for him during the time before he goes to Australia)

Alex keeps on trying the RayBan frame with the red side but I still think that he looks good when he not wearing his glasses, so I just check his power and temporary get him a pair of monthly disposable lenses. I let him try to wear the contact lenses so that he can decide should he get himself the CL after this.

I thought that I need to use sometimes to help Dr. and Bunny to get their new spectacle but at the end I spend most of the time on fitting lenses to Alex. Thanks for the help of others then Alex did it very fast.

I’m not sure that the others is helping or they enjoying to that the video of how Alex learn to wear the contact lenses. After Sam finish work with the video they taken then we can enjoy it in YouTube. This will be the first time people shooting in my shop.

A good day to serve the bloggers and I think I should open an account or a file just to record for the bloggers who did their eye test with me. Who is next?

Skip WORK

Today actually is my working day and should go back to work but just because I receive the text message from Alex and said that they planning go out for photograph then I take leave for it. So this day I consider SKIP WORK. XP

I know I’m so bad on this, but I know what I’m doing. (at least I know I got enough man power in my branch) I take leave just to kill my replacement leave. I’m taking my leave not to rest at home but doing something for my photography.

When I tell someone I’m taking the photography course, then they will ask me: are you try to change your job? Don’t want to be optician anymore?

Me: Ooh… I wish that I could change my job to this, so that I work with something that I really dream for it all these years, but my skill still not allow me to do so. I worry I can’t survive with the skill I having now. I’m just considering new beginner in this industry.

What I try to do is try my best to learn as much as I can, when the time I ended up my contract then only I think should I go on with my optical industry or should I go for something new in my life.

My friends: So good. At least now you got something to do when the time you free but not like us (they working at the same field) off day don’t know where should we go but only pak tor (dating). Sometimes feel bored too.

Me: Yes, that’s true. I think you can get some hobbies that both of you interesting then go for it. That is another way to improve your relationship with your partner. (Just like what Alex and JL doing, so jealous… =P)

Hot-Spot

This morning went for a photography session with my best friend – Jane, to this Jalan Raja Chulan. Just try to see what can we get on the way to KL Tower. We’re looking for the different angle of the Twin Tower so that we can get some nice shots for it. Too many people taking the photos for this ‘Corn-Tower’, it’s hard to get something different (photos).

Sunny day, good weather for photographer to take photos. In the other way, I hate the sun, cause it make me sweat like...

After finished the session then we come to this new spot in the town – Pavilion. I think most of the blogger visited before me, so not thing to talk about this shopping mall. I only can afford to pay for the transport to reach here but not for me to shopping in it.

Too many shopping more open one shot, all consumer too busy to visit all new shopping mall and compare it. Compare the design, compare the shops they have, compare this, and compare that. Is that really good for our economic; or it just make it worst for the business of other shopping mall?

I get not thing from Pavilion, then I go back to some places that I afford to buy something – BTS. Watch The Detective [more] in BTS to get some rest after few hours walk in Bukit Bintang side.

Walk out from the cinema and find out that Popular Book Store having this book fair in BTS and I just see what can I get from it.

Oh I love this anime, last time I forget where I stopped so I just buy it.

Damn tired after the whole day activities. QR asked me to join them for movie and dinner but I can’t make it since I really need some rest before I continue the day. One and a half hour short nap really works. I take a nap before I meet the queers in Pavilion (Pavilion again, really the hot-spot in KL).

Janvier really 'can' EAT…

Before I meet with them actually they (QR, Janvier and Jason Jr.) had their at this Rain Nudle, when the time I meet these guys, they waiting me at this Yo Donuts, they finished one box of donuts (6pcs), but Janvier still feel empty in his stomach.

Since I still haven’t take anything for my dinner so I just follow them to Jalan Alor for the Chicken wings, Ikan Bakar and Satay.

Finished the supper Janvier feel like want to go to somewhere else. After the discussion is done, we go to the 24hours Mc D in Setiawangsa. He finished a regular and a small fries by himself, plus two glasses of soft drink. Walau…

Better Place for Your Profile

Do know what is Friendster??? No one will answer ‘No’ for this question.

Normally people only use it to link with some old schoolmate or some friends. Everyone will think that this a Children or Teenager’s Website but why no one will consider it one of the gay website? It can be. It even got the better potential for it. (Don’t think that this website so innocent)

Why I said got the better potential to become the gay web…

“Friendster” – place for you to link with your friends. There always not a problem for you to open this web wherever you are. When people ask: What website you logging? Just answer: Oh… Not thing… Just checking my mail in my Friendster. Then people will stop to ask the following, he will tell himself: I got his Friendster too… but not thing inside his profile… boring. Wonder who will text him… See what others doing in the internet. Now you safe.

Remember always create two account in Friendster if you don’t want to get into trouble.

“Photos” – as we know in Fridae or Axcest you only can keep up to 10 photos, included the private photos. What Friendster can do is keep up to 1000 photos and you also can lock your private photos too. Now you can show all your action in your profile with the 1000 photos but not only 10. Extra two digits can make a lot of different.

“Profile Template” – for them who got more creative, or in the other way we can say, with more time then you can create yourself a nicer and creative template just with the simple steps. You can change your template from time to time.

“Media Box” – I know you can add some media box in your current profile in Fd and Ax but Friendster allow you to add anything to your profile and you got a lot of space for it.

“Blog” – the blog or journal in Fd and Ax only come with one colour of background – white. When you use the blog for the Friendster you can have the different one.

We always can listen to all this advices during the raya period. People more concern to the accident percentage than others.

Every year during raya period, the accident on the road will be the nightmare for the driver, same as the family member who waiting for them at home. Does all drivers do their job before they start their journey?

Send the car for maintenance – “Nope. With the reason of too many people sending the car during this period.”

Check the car – “Nope. Too busy to settle something before leaving the house. Always last minute.”

Take enough rest – “Nope. Not enough time to pack and ready to go back…”

Change driver when you getting tired – “Can not la! I’m ok with it… zZzzZZ…”

Be patient when you on the road – “$^&*@@((&^#^%&*&… Can you just move your ass (means the car in front) so that I can pass through?” (Then show his nice finger to the driver after he pass through it)

All these will be the causes for the accident on the road. All these small matters will cause the big lost even it only happened one in the thousand. How many will die because your silly mistake? Does it really hard for you to get ready yourself? Will you be happy if it’s really happen to you or your family members? Please think for the others. This is your responsibility as a driver on the road.

Sometimes people said: taking the flight will be safer than taking the bus.

I agree with the statement.

But if everyone replaces the car with the helicopter then the statement will change. Who will know this may happen in the future.

Don’t tell others that to reduce the accident on the road is the responsibility of the police but not you.

Raya's Coming

Once again the city is empty…

Normally is easy to get the taxi from my place but start from yesterday most of the taxi driver balik kampung (back to hometown) de. Most of the muslim starting on leave on this day and go back for celebration.

At my apartment, you can park your car in the middle of the road since most of the UM students not around. This the most dangerous time for us who still staying there, most of the bad guys start to do the bad things during this period. Not so safe… Especially our door is not safe.

Received the call from my mum telling me that my aunt cannot win the battle. She leaves us around 5.30 in the morning. Just accept what God arranged for us. Just pray…

I missing her… (T-T)

She’s the one who take care of me when the time when I still a baby. That’s why I close to my aunt. But now I got no chance to take care of her.

Now I start to worry about my mum. She’s getting sixty. I think a lot. When can I afford to take care of my mum? Another 5 years or 10 years? Can my mum wait for that?

Stop thinking but pray. Amen.

How do you want to celebrate your birthday? I wish to have a party in a hall or at a garden. Everyone not just limited to sitting on the small space.

Change My LIFE

Didn’t do much on this day but just working.

What I’m doing in office? Not thing much too. Just work with the new 4GB pendrive that I purchased it yesterday with nearly cost price – RM71. Arrange the photos to the new pendrive and dumb some old files.

Waiting for my off day coming. When? Tomorrow. Why? Just because tomorrow will go to get the bag that I dreaming for.

Today mood still not so stable but at least better than last night. No good news or bad news from my mum. Still pray for that.

Today rain again, sometimes I hate rainy day especially when the day I want to go out. Sometimes just because of raining I cancel my plans and just stay at home. I only love it be rain when the time I wanna sleep.

Wish to leave the branch, or wish to change my life.

Maybe sit too long in the branch and I wish to work outside from the branch. Staying in the office for too long make me feel so tired when everyday I facing with the same stuff, doing the same work.

People said: try to stay in one job for longer so that you can learn something and go into more deeper in this industry.

Me: Change my life after I feel bored with the job, so that I can learn something new and refresh my energy.

Next year will be the six-years for me in this industry. Too long? Compare with someone who works for more than 20-years, I think not. Learn everything? Not really. But I gone through most of the positions in this industry, Junior SA, Senior SA, Practitioner, Optician, Management, Technician… The only position I never try is to become the owner of the optical shop.

If You Know

What the feeling of knowing that your family member or your close relative will leave you soon? This leaving not going for any vacation but for the ‘eternal life’.

This morning received an urgent call from my mum telling me that I have to prepare my heart to this terrible news from the doctor. One of relative facing this disaster in her life since two years back – Leukemia.

In the past two years she tried all the different treatments but still doesn’t work so well. If I’m not mistaken this year she will celebrate her 46 years-old birthday in coming November, but now I’m not so sure that she can wait until that day…

I planned to visit her when her birthday is come but now my mum asks me to cancel the planning of buying the flight ticket. She asks me to get ready to take leave if God really call her back to His place.

Not thing will be good for the day if early morning you receive this kind of news. Everything is bad.

What can I do now is pray for the peaceful heart for the family members so that accept what arranged by Him. Amen.

What Happened to the Chef?

Why you must charge such an expensive price??? XP This is what I shout inside when the time I saw the bill from the waiter.

RM563.30 for 10 paxs… What the… some more we so disappointed with the taste of the foods. I think Sam was right, maybe the chef is muslim so he cannot taste the food, then we get the bad taste food. Remember don’t go for the restaurant during the Puasa month if you know the man in the kitchen is muslim. =P

What’s wrong with the food? Anyone can explain it to me?

Anyway, we did enjoy the time we spent in the restaurant. Just like the previous ‘orgy’, we spent about 3-4 hours in the restaurant, with the endless topics and cannot control ourselves to make a lot noise in it. This restaurant will be too silent it without our present. We make too much noise till I can’t remember that did they put any music or not.

Very happy to receive the text message from William that he’s enjoy with our company. When the time I just walk into the restaurant I saw his face so tired and I’m so worry that he cannot fully enjoy the party.

At the end, the other way rounds whereby me myself cannot stand for it. I’m so tired and I feel that I got the symptoms getting sick. This morning I woke up with a bit of sore throat and dizzy too.

Cancel the dinner plan and just go back directly, take a nap then only clean up myself. Worry that the next day I can’t get up and work. If I really take MC then my staffs will say: David takes not enough off-days?? Now take MC some more… =S

Time to take some rest.

Get Not Thing

Spent two days of holiday just to look for the camera backpack and what I get was another better design with the higher pricing. Actually this is what I’m looking for, the only thing I may concern is the price that I pay for it.

The price that I get for the better backpack was RM428. In All IT Hypermarket @ Low Yat, they only have this display unit, some more no discount for it. When I find it in IT World @ Mid Valley, they selling it RM380, but they only leave last two. I’m still wondering should I get it or should I look for another few shops.

Why that hard for me to look for the stuff that I really like? It’s really tired for me to just look for a suitable backpack for me to put my camera and laptop in it.

Two days off but I get not thing from the shopping… Disappointed.

Can’t get anything for myself so just go for movie, relax my mind.

Yesterday watch this Lust, Caution in GSC – BTS. As what I expected, they cut-off the most important screen whereby we can know the real person of this Mr. Yee (Tony Leung) and how much did this poor young lady suffer just to get the chance to kill him. This guy just like a monster and he treat the girl just likes how he treats his dog.

I waiting for the original DVD, not the one censored by the ‘Jabatan’ but I wish to watch the 100% original one. Anyone can get it from somewhere out from Malaysia??? Or I just wait to download it, maybe.

Today watch another movie in Cenileisure. Watching a Japanese Cartoon Movie with a Japanese friend. We watch this The Brave Story, whereby it only shows in Caythay Cenileisure Damansara.

Such a nice movie, whereby a boy go into the virtual world cause someone told him that he can change anything he want in the real world if he go through the test. He did it at the end but he never changes what happened in the real world but he help his friends in the virtual world.

First thoughts he wanna get back his father to the family and safe his mum’s life. After he gone through the test what he learned was accept what happened and try to change his own life by himself. This will be the moral of the story.

Education = ‘Cost’ A lot

Nowadays most of the parents will headache when the time they plan for their children education fund. For sure, this not an easy job, that’s why Chinese never get themselves into trouble, they only plan to get two or not more than three children in the family.

Talk about my education fund.

My childhood, I finish my primary school in the SRJK (C), means the school under government, and we only pay the annual fees of RM24. After that, I continue my high school in independence school, or some of them call it Chinese Private School.

Study in the independence school will cost you a lot, whereby each of the month you have to pay RM110-120 for the school fees and another RM10 for the air-condition fees. Every year you have to pay few hundreds for the books. Approximately each student has to pay RM1600-1700 per year. (This not included the exam fees and the fund for the club you join)

Six years in the school spent RM 11,000 – 12,000 (This the lowest budget to study in this kind of school). This amount may enough for a student to study the professional course in some college.

In this stage you may think that I pay too much on my study, but actually I’m not. I pay for not thing; means I finished the high school by not pay single cents for it. Why? Just because that not me who pay for it, but my parents? NOPE. My mum paid nothing for the six years of education in the most ‘expensive’ high school in town that I studied. All my

Fees (School Fees + Books + Exam Fees) paid by the school and some other society under the six years scholarship that I get.

None of my relative believe that I can get this full scholar when the time I register myself to this high school. Some of them even said I’ll spend a lot of money just for the high school, said I’m wasting the money and suggest my mum to put me to the SMK. At the end I proved that they’re wrong, totally wrong.

When come to the future study after my high school, I thought that this stage, my mum have to pay a lot for it since I let go for my chance to go to university in Taiwan (Fully Scholar + Living allowance). I let it go just because they offer me the accounting course, but that time I wish to go for photography. At the end my mum give me a big ‘REJECT’ when I tell her my wishes.

Now I finished my optician course, still the same I take the scholar and my mum didn’t pay for the RM50K tuition fees. Living cost in KL = Zero, because every month company will pay us the allowance and plus the commission. (Even I become the cheap labor but I still can survive.

Why I’m sharing about my education fund, nothing, just to tell you the cost I’m using in my photography course actually is the first tuition fees that I ever pay by myself in my life. Some more all this not pays by my mum but my own money that I made when I work as optician. I’m using the student award (we called it ‘backpay’ because it only pay us after a long period we finished our course) that I get after I pass my optician course without any delay (means straight pass in all exam).

Am I paying for it? Nope. I just use the ‘extra money’ that I earn from my previous studies.

In my ‘Account of Education’, the balance still in Credit side. Debit side, empty.

Looking for It

Yesterday company my friend to get her 70-300mm Telelens from Trilion. Mine one still under ordering because the guy only manages to get one lens for us.

Now settle for the lens and I need to order my P5100 as well. What surprises me is the price for the P5100. We found it in one of the shop in BTS and they sell it for 1K only… RSP is RM 1388. I wish that Trilion could get me the cheaper price. (Budget it around 950)

What I need now is a camera bagpack. I need it for outdoor purpose. Some more I want the one come with laptop compartment so that when I need to bring the laptop with me, the bag can fill it. I don’t understand why so hard for me to get a bagpack with the laptop compartment.

I’m not asking too much for it but just budget it under RM400 and with the better material. I don’t really like the one named Lowerpro, just because the colour in Black. I found one in Low Yat, whereby it’s under Bagman (In Europe they called it Caseman). I like the design; but the color they have in Low Yat is in Light blue whereby I wish to get some other color. The price is only RM260. (Under my budget.)

Today I check it online and actually this design come with a nice Forest green / Honey brown color. That’s what I asking for. Ask the SA to order it for me but he said: “We never order for the stock but wait for it auto replenish.” Me: (speak to myself) What the F**king answer come out from your mouth… Why don’t you just order for me? Not even try it. Celaka betul.

At the time I’m looking for the bagpack, I found something shock me again. Remember the tripod that I post it before? The one I get it free from my friend. It sells in the camera shop with the price of RM300 (after discount, before discount will be RM399). Wau! I can’t believe it. I’m so lucky to get it free and save another RM300. Save the 300 can put it into the next lens that I wish to get. Now I’m waiting my friend to get another same model of tripod for Alex, because Alex complaining that his tripod not tall enough.

What a bad day for me, walk for three shopping center but can’t manage get one stuff. Telelens – order, Camera (P5100) – order, Bagpacks – still looking for it… When can I get all these!!!!

I spent a lot on my photography??? Yes I think so. But after I did some calculation then I think the other way round. (People who learn accounting got kind of sickness – they ‘count’ a lot. Yes, actually I’m the account- person.) I’ll share it in the coming post.

Planning to watch it tomorrow with my friends before my class start, but my housemate gives some bad comment for it. Not the movie is bad or cannot understand the meaning but complain about the sensor part…

They ‘cut’ a lot. Cannot count how many minutes they cut it out. We pay the ticket to watch the half-show but not all. So sad…

I think I should wait for the DVD ready after few months.

Keep on thinking should I get the 70-300mm…

I need to speedlight SB800 before I get the 70-300mm, after experience the nightmare in the dark, I must get the speedlight before anything. 70-300mm helps me a lot when the time I need to take some object whereby it’s small or it’s too far.

Expensive hobby? Someone may agree with this statement. When you can work with what you really like to do then everything not in the account.

Looking for the way to earn some money and learn the skill at the same time, one or two extra lenses not enough for me. I need more. A lot of stuff still waiting for me in the camera shop, I’ll get it soon.
