In the middle of the night

Cannot sleep. Very pain. Still fever. The throat like flaming. Seldom wake up at these hour, unless like now, really not feeling well. Medicine finished dy, need to get more from doctor. Sitting in front the desktop, do nothing, cannot think, wait feel less pain then continue to sleep…
