Fitness Angel and Devil

Yesterday I met a Fitness Angel… He is the retail manager for the fitness concept shop beside us. My friend and I walk in to his shop because we saw the shop got sales. This retail manager really friendly, he started explains a lot of theory to us about fitness. After he explained it only we realized the way we fitness all got mistake. My friend wanna slim down but she doing the workout was gaining her muscle, that’s why this few months she can’t slim down but the other way round.

For my part, the fitness trainer didn’t told me how I gonna gain my muscle for my upper body, and how to use the proper machine for my workout. I called this uncle (the retail manager) Fitness Angel, although he’s age almost 50 but he still looks like 40 and his body really strong and muscular, he not only the retail manager but he is also a PT (personal fitness trainer).

He told us personally how we gonna workout and what type of machine should we use. For my part I gonna concentrate on my upper body so that my body looks better, to get a “V” shape for my body.

Now we called the fitness trainer as Fitness Devil because they not really a professional. They use one formula for all the members who walk in. Fitness Angel said this not the way to fitness cause it made us walked the opposite way for the workout. We wasted our time and money. My friend wasted a lot of money paid for the personal trainer at the fitness center. She took few sessions but the personal trainer didn’t teach her for the proper way.

The Fitness Angel told us if we want we can workout at his shop every evening for one hour. He really nice and we can ask for more information if we need.
