Last night watched the “Me… Myself” at Cathay Damansara.

Watching the guy to make his choice when God give him the second chance.

Something come into my mind when its come to the end of the movie.

If you’re in Tan’s situation, what will you choose???

God let you forget everything and give you a new life, his purpose is to let you try and think for what you missed previously.

Tan, a baby boy brought back by a showgirl after his mother was dead and no one can take care of him. His life surrounded by all these (transsexual) people and he been teach how to wear lady wear and makeup… at last he become one of the member of this gang. Does he make his choice to choose this way???

“Philosophy of life… the differences in between human and the others living thing in this world is… human got this “Choice Freedom”…”

Yes, God lets us choose… from the beginning of the Bible, God lets Adam and Eve to choose their life. There always two option in our life: Yes or No…

We always heard that someone would say: I got no other choices…

Not everytime we can make the right choice, that’s why always have second chance after the first.

Ask yourself…

Today, God allows you to choose, give you a new life, bring you back to the origin, what will you choose? Or which way will you go for it?

The Story…

Tan (Ananda Everingham) is robbed in the middle of the night while making a call in a phone booth, after he found that his lover enjoying his life with the wife and two children. Staggering on the road from his injuries, he is accidentally runned down by a car driven by Oom (Chayanan Manomaisnatiphap), this girl just broke up with her boyfriend, Krit (Piay Vimuktayou).

This guy wakes up the next morning in a hospital with no recollection whatsoever of his life leading up to the accident. With no memories, Oom is forced to take the man - whom she calls Tan, based on a pendant which was his only possession - home.



Tan's presence in the house sets an uneasy feeling as the modern and career-driven Oom reluctantly takes him - a complete stranger - into her home (life). Oom has been involuntarily thrown into life as a single parent as she is now the sole guardian of her nephew, Ohm (Monton Arunpabmard), and is still reeling from the recent break-up with her boyfriend, whom she still sees in the workplace.



However, in the long run, Tan proves to be of a helping hand when, out of boredom, he happily tidies the house and cooks for the family of two. Oom's nephew, Ohm, quickly becomes attached to Tan and a familial bond was fostered, although Oom is reluctant to get too comfortable with the amnesiac Tan.



She soon falls in love with him.



"I don't want to remember anymore. I want to be like this with you here, forever," Tan tells Oom as they sit on a ledge outside her apartment, watching the sun set. He made the promise…



As the days go by, Tan slowly retraces his life and later finds out that he was a homosexual who worked as a showgirl in a bar at Phuket. Thus, Tan and Oom's relationship are tested as they try to make sense of their feelings now that they both know of Tan's unusual past. Tan returns to be with his 'family' and the empty cavity felt in her house is heart-breaking.



One of the more gripping scenes in the movie is when Oom's young nephew, Ohm, appears in the living room with red lipstick smeared all over his lips and he asks her, "If I grow up to be like Uncle Tan, wouldn't you still love me?" (this part make people cry…)



Oom was silent.

Watching Tan on the stage… first time Oom watch him dance. He noticed her present; both of them don’t know how to face with each other.

A question and an answer make the ending.

Oom: “Do you still love me???”

Tan: “Yes, I do.”
